OPC Cleaning Systems provides superior open plant cleaning solutions to the food and beverage industry across the African continent. We offer a wide range of cleaning solutions designed to suit the
requirements of your facility.
Automatic cleaning in a food or beverage processing plant offers numerous benefits in terms of optimizing hygiene and food safety, as well as operational costs and production time. A uniform cleaning result will ensure consistent product quality and added brand value.
An Automatic Decentral Solution stores and dispenses the detergents at each workstation. This minimizes installation costs and ensures that the necessary flexibility is achieved in the choice of detergents and dosage. The solution is easy to install and operates optimally in existing production facilities.
An Automatic Central Solution utilizes prediluted detergents pumped to each workstation from a chemical pump station placed in a separate, central location. This minimizes the daily handling of detergents and makes operating the individual system as uniform, simple, and safe as possible. The solution is often recommended in connection with the expansion of production facilities and/or new construction.
An Automatic Hybrid Solution is similar to the central solution but with the additional possibility of adding an extra product at each workstation. The solution is often applied when there is a need for an extra cleaning task to be performed independently of the regular cleaning program.
With our Manual Open Plant Cleaning units, you have a wide range of possibilities to customize your cleaning solution to match the requirements of your food or beverage processing plant.
A Manual Decentral Solution stores and dispenses the concentrated detergents at each Workstation, Main Station, or Satellite. All units can rinse, apply foam and/or disinfect (depending on the choice of equipment). In addition, the concentration of the detergent can be adjusted for the workstation concerned. Decentral solutions can either be fixed to the wall or mounted on a trolley (mobile units). Both wall-mounted and trolley models can be used at the same processing site. The system can be connected to the mains water supply or to a boosted water supply from a System Cleaners Supply Station. It is an easy solution to install in existing facilities.
A Manual Central Solution uses prediluted detergents that are pumped to each workstation from a chemical pump station placed in a separate, central location. It minimizes the daily handling of detergents, ensures uniform concentration for all users, and makes operating the individual system as simple and safe as possible. The solution is often recommended in connection with the expansion of production facilities and/or new construction.
A Manual Hybrid Solution is similar to a central solution but with the additional possibility of adding an extra product at each workstation. The solution is often applied when there is a need for an extra cleaning task to be performed independently of the regular cleaning program.
Mobile Open Plant Cleaning Solutions provide an alternative to Manual and Automatic cleaning and offers great flexibility with a unit that can be used in several locations.
The Satellite can either be connected to the mains water supply or to boosted water supplied through pipes by a pump or main station to an outlet. Connection to a supply of compressed air ensures optimal foam quality. Different ranges of Manual Satellites are all available as mobile units to cater to various individual facility requirements.
The Voyager is a cleaning unit requiring connection to the mains water supply, mains power, and compressed air. These service outlets are located at key locations in the vicinity of where the cleaning takes place. It is easy to move the unit from one cleaning task to the next, enabling the operator to cover a large area. Depending on requirements for functionalities and the cleaning tasks to be performed, clients can choose between different models of the Voyager.
